QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Control is defined as all those planned and specified actions or operations necessary to provide a product or service that will meet requirements for quality as specified.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality Assurance is defined as those planned and systematic operations conducted to ensure that the operation and/or product meet specifications. Quality Control Plan; verifying the results of the products review of inspector, sampler, tester and laboratory qualifications; independent product sampling and testing, and inspection for conformance to plans and specifications. Quality Assurance is the responsibility of the engineer.

QUALITY POLICY

ZK & Associates quality policy dictates that all phases of work undertaken by the company whether under direct or indirect control, shall be completed in such a way that it meets all the design and contract specifications.

RESPONSIBILITY

QA & QC manger will be responsible for ensuring compliance to the QA & QC policy of the company in such a manner that all items of work are executed to the quality requirements of specified codes and contract requirements.
